Cancellation Policy
48+ Hours Before Tour
Full refund available. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour time for a complete refund to your original payment method.
24-48 Hours Before Tour
50% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show
No refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or failure to show up are not eligible for refunds.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using one of these methods:
- Email: info@partykarts.com
- Phone: Call or text during business hours (11AM - 11PM)
Please include your order number and the name on the booking when requesting a cancellation.
Rescheduling
Need to change your tour date or time? We're happy to help! Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your original tour time are free of charge, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange a new time that works for you.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather conditions (thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, etc.):
- If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Light rain does not typically cancel tours - our karts have covers and we'll do our best to make your experience enjoyable.
- We will contact you as soon as possible if weather conditions require cancellation.
Early Termination & Behavior Fees
As stated in our liability waiver, the following fees may apply:
Early Termination Fee
Tour ended early due to behavior violations
Abandonment Fee
Guest leaves tour early without arrangement
Damage Fees
Damage to vehicle or equipment
These fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method on file.
Convenience Fee
A 3.99% convenience fee is added to all online bookings.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
